General information
Deposit at the time of booking - 20%, no less then $100.00, no more then 300.00 per family.
Cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice prior to reservation will be subject to 25% service charge or transferable for a one year period. Cancellations with 4 weeks or less notice prior to reservation are non-refundable or transferable for a one year period. Confirmations upon request. Over night Visitors -$50.00per/day. Pets $10per/day. Fridge or microwave rental - $10per/day, $15per/weekend, $30per/week. Taxes (5% GST and 5% PST) and gratuities are extra. Discounts - 10% for the family who recommends a new family for full week (two or more adults), - 5% for one adult. Off season rate - 5% general, 10% for seniors.
