General information
Deposit at the time of booking - 40%, no less then $100.00.
Cancellations with more than 1 month notice prior to reservation will
be subject to $50 service charge or transferable for a one year
period. Cancellations with 1 month or less notice prior to reservation
are non-refundable or transferable for a one year period.

Over night Visitors -$50.00per/day.
Pets $10per/day, $60 per week
Fridge or microwave rental - $10per/day, $15per/weekend, $30per/week.
Taxes (HST - 13%) and gratuities are extra.
Discounts - 10% for the family who recommends a new family for full
week (two or more adults), - 5% for one adult. Group rates available.
Rates are quoted per person, in Canadian Dollars. Adult rates apply to
